1948/49 Ken, about 8 or 9 - maybe on Sanger St. steps Ken has been
an active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
since2001. His duties include:
Active duty patrols
during the periods of high pleasure-boating (April
thru September) on weekends in the Delaware &
Chesapeake Bay areas;
Search & Rescue
and enforcement missions in the Atlantic on 110 Ft.USCG
Cutters which are typically a week's
duration, between Oct and March or as the need
demands.
